In order to ensure neighbors have access to information both for and against the Proposed Deed Restrictions, we have scanned the communications we, as Country Place homeowners, have received from the CP HOA regarding the proposed restrictions.

Many discussions regarding the Proposed Deed Restrictions have taken place on the community forum, Nextdoor. The Board has dismissed these discussions as "Social Media Conjecture." We believe the Nextdoor communications have been not only helpful for neighbors to consider their options, but a positive reflection on our neighborhood and the care and thought homeowners are putting into protecting both their neighborhood and their rights. We are proud of every single neighbor who has taken the time to share their views, both for and against these restrictions. Community conversations like this are part of what makes us grateful we have the privilege of living in a country where we are free to express our opinions and to protect rights that we value. Since Nextdoor is a sign-in protected community, we did not feel it was appropriate to post the discussions here in full. Instead, we have posted each original post (with permission from the person who wrote it) with a link to the Nextdoor Discussion. You can log into Nextdoor as a CP resident and read the discussions that have taken place there. If you have not signed up for Nextdoor, you might consider doing so. It is a helpful communication tool for things happening in and around our neighborhood and a terrific resource for finding professionals and businesses in the area.
